Kathy Rafalin is an HR Executive with significant experience in luxury beauty & fashion. Over the span of her career, Kathy has built a built a reputation as an expert in talent management, acquisition and development.

In April of 2016, Kathy joined Shiseido Americas as the Vice President of Talent & Talent Development. She is responsible for talent sourcing and recruitment strategy as well as training programs, succession planning, talent review, and mobility & retention across all of the Shiseido Americas brands.

Prior to joining Shiseido, she served as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Development at Louis Vuitton Americas (LVMH), having previously held positions as Regional HR Director and Director of Training & Development. Prior to LVMH, Kathy held talent development roles with L’Oréal for five years after starting her career with Coca-Cola. She has a B.A. in International Politics & Industrial Sociology from the University of Cape Town and an M.A. in Business Education from NYU.
