Session 1

The more you learn to manage up and across, the more successful you will be. In this session you’ll discover how consciously working for the mutual benefit of yourself, your boss and colleagues can help in your career development. Seminar B: The Hiring Manager Perspective (Seats still available)
Job interviews can be a mystery. But you can find success if you follow the right interview strategies. You’ll get insight on what interviewers are looking for in a new candidate and learn tips on how to position yourself to make your next career move – whether its making a move within your company or exploring a different facet of the industry.
 
Session 2
 
Seminar C:  Building Business Relationships (Seminar is at full capacity- CLOSED)
Strong business relationships are the key to success. In this session, you’ll get insight on how to effectively communicate and negotiate within and outside your organization to foster valuable and lasting relationships with co-workers, vendors and
agencies.  
 
Seminar D: Your Leadership Potential (Seats still available)
In this session you’ll develop an understanding of your leadership strengths and discover how to leverage these strengths for your career advancement.
