Terry Darland is a thirty three year veteran of the luxury cosmetic, skincare and fragrance industry. In March of 2004, Ms. Darland became the Senior Vice President of Marketing, Sales and Education of Christian Dior Perfumes fusing her talents and extensive experience for this newly created position. In 2006, she was promoted to General Manager of North America, and in 2009 to President. In October 2009, she was a recipient of the CEW Achievers Award. She is also a member of the Executive Board at the Fragrance Foundation. In 2012, she assumed the new role of President, LVMH Beauty which includes Dior and Guerlain.

Ms. Darland began her career with the Estee Lauder Companies in 1980 as Clinique’s first Account Coordinator in the United States. This quickly led to her first promotion to Account Executive in the Midwest and West Coast sectors.

In 1986, Ms. Darland started her tenure with Prescriptives based in Chicago as the Regional Sales Manager. She assumed the role of Vice President of Sales in 1995.

Continually seeking growth, Ms. Darland was promoted to Vice President of Aramis/Tommy Hilfiger Fragrances in which she incorporated her marketing skills to become the Vice President of Marketing in 1999.

Having skillfully managed sales and marketing plans for several Estee Lauder Companies, Ms. Darland added training and education to her repertoire by becoming the Vice President of Sales and Education of Prescriptives/Kate Spade Beauty in 2001.

Terry Darland resides in Westchester County with her husband and two children. Phillip just graduated from the Business School at University of Rhode Island. Madison is a makeup artist for Christian Dior Perfumes & Cosmetics.

Nicholas Munafo has dedicated over 20 years to the world of fragrance and cosmetics. In 2010 he became the President of LVMH Fragrance Brands, US. This portfolio includes Parfums Givenchy, Fendi Perfumes, and Parfums Kenzo. He also serves as President for Acqua Di Parma, North America.

Nicholas came to LVMH after several years at BPI USA (a division of Shiseido Cosmetics) where he served as President for a wide array of luxury brands including Narciso Rodriguez, Issey Miyake, Jean Paul Gaultier, and Hermés.

Prior to his time at BPI, Nicholas held several successive positions at Proctor & Gamble’s Prestige Products division for 10 years. He began at Wella which was later acquired by P&G. In his final role at P&G, Nicholas served as Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing, where he was responsible for 20 plus prestige brands such as Burberry, Gucci, Hugo Boss, Lacoste, and Dolce & Gabbana.

Before joining Proctor & Gamble in 1998, Nicholas held many cosmetic and merchandising roles at Federated Department Stores, Barneys New York, and Saks Fifth Avenue. He also headed up marketing for a new BPI affiliate which during his tenure launched Jean Paul Gaultier's Le Male and Issey Miyake's L'Eau d'Issey Pour Homme.

Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, Nicholas received his B.A. from the University of Cincinnati. He currently serves on the boards of both The Fragrance Foundation and The Fashion Group International.

Jean-Marc Plisson has been Chief Executive Officer of Fresh Inc. since March 1, 2007. Prior to this he was Chief Operating Officer of LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics, North America. Mr. Plisson has been with LVMH for 18 years.

He started his career in 1991 with Ernst & Young in Paris and Chicago. He then joined LVMH, Paris in 1996. After working in various financial positions, he relocated in 1999 to New York City and was promoted to General Manager of Operations for LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics.

Jean Marc graduated from Ecole Superieur D’ingenieur in France where he received his degree in Electrical Engineering. He also has his graduate business degree from Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris.
