Recognition by CEW is one of beauty’s highest honors. Our Awards events, whether acknowledging the most innovative products or the most accomplished female executives or next year’s rising talent, always attract an industry-wide audience.
For the first time, we invite members to submit nominations for our 2020 Achiever Awards and Top Talent Awards.
Achiever Awards 2020
The Achiever Awards luncheon will be held in October 2020.
- Nominees must be from beauty brands or retail companies.
- Nominations will be submitted by the CEW Board, and the membership
- Individuals may nominate more than one candidate
- The Achiever Awards Voting Committee will vet nominations and select honorees
Criteria
- Female, SVP or higher; VP at a CPG company
- At a beauty brand, or retail
- In beauty for 8+ years
- Demonstrates impact on company & industry
- History of empowering other women
- Nominations may be reflective of various disciplines in beauty (Creative, Marketing, Finance, R&D, Product Development, Communications, General Management, etc.)

Top Talent Awards 2020
The Top Talent luncheon will be held in April 2020.
- Nominations will only be accepted from beauty brands, fragrance suppliers or retail companies.
- Nominations will be submitted by the CEW Board, and the membership
- Individuals may nominate more than one candidate
- CEW Beauty’s Top Talent Awards Voting Committee will vet nominations and select honorees
Criteria
- Female, Director to VP-level, in a manufacturing, fragrance supplier or retail company.
- 3 or more years of experience working in the beauty industry.
- Demonstrates advanced leadership potential within their company or the beauty industry, and initiated or managed a program that positively impacted the beauty business internally, or externally.
- Considered a high-potential team member.
- Nominees may be reflective of various disciplines in beauty.
