While the beauty industry is tight knit, when executives jump roles or switch companies it can be hard to keep up with who is where. Here, some notable executives who made recent job changes, and where you can find them now.

Bernard Acoca, is now Chief Marketing Officer, L’Oréal Americas. Previously, Bernard was the Senior Vice President, Marketing & Category, US & Americas at Starbucks. Bernard will work to scale to a regional level the CMO capabilities from the Country Teams by capturing its consumer market intelligence, investigating new business opportunities and utilizing new digital technologies to drive and enhance innovation for the region. L’Oréal America’s includes North America, Spanish speaking Latin America and Brazil.

Nadine McHugh has been named Senior Vice President, Omni-Media, L’Oréal USA. Previously, Nadine was the Vice President, Global Integrated Media Communications at Colgate-Palmolive Co. At L’Oréal USA, she is responsible for driving best-in-class creative, innovative digitized media and integrated marketing ideas, best practices and strategic investments.

Marc Toulemonde, is now President, Active Cosmetics Division, L’Oréal USA. Marc succeeds Mike Larrain. In this role, Marc will continue to grow the success of the SkinCeuticals, La Roche-Posay, Dermablend and Vichy brands in the U.S. Most recently, Toulemonde was the Global General Manager for SkinCeuticals, where he led the international expansion of the brand throughout 10 countries.

Marie Gulin has been named Chief Marketing Officer, L’Oréal USA. Marie succeeds Marc Speichert, who has assumed the role of CMO Leader for L’Oréal Group. He replaces Marc Menesguen, who is the Worldwide President of the Consumer Products Division. Prior to this role, Marie was the Global Head of Integrated Marketing Communications for L’Oréal Paris, where she was responsible for content and services development, digital platforms, sponsorships, as well as Public Relations and events across 60 countries in eight strategic regions.

Connie Wittke has left her position as President and Chief Executive Officer of Tweezerman International and has this month joined Beauty Ideas Group, which makes nügg skin treatment face masks. She will stay on the Supervisory Board of both Tweezerman International and Zwilling Beauty Group.

Patricia Lopez, formerly Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer and Global Brand & Category President, left Avon effective January 2, 2015. She is now Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Estée Lauder and Aerin Beauty brands in North America.
 Lopez succeeds Nancy McKay who joined Nest Fragrances as Chief Executive Officer.
