Available exclusively via CharlotteTilbury.com, this digital innovation looks to bring the in-store experience to the consumer at home. This new virtual experience includes virtual consultations, virtual try-ons and a 24/7 gifting hotline.

Trained by Charlotte, Beauty Experts on the site will walk consumers through their virtual video shopping journey, from offering makeup and skin care recommendations to assisting them with the checkout process. Customer notes, product recommendations, and expert tips and tricks will all be stored against the customer’s profile for easy reference for future consultations. Each 10-minute consultation can be curated, from speaking with a foundation expert to learning how to create the perfect smoky eye to finding the perfect gift.

The virtual try-on aspect of the experience is powered by Makeup AI and will allow consumers to try on products in real time, such Pillow Talk Hot Lips, 10 Looks, Luxury Palettes and Foundations, all before purchase.

Live and direct access is offered 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Customers can call the hotline, chat live or book a virtual consultation. Masterclasses are also available by Charlotte and the Tilbury Pro Artists team.
