A who’s who in the beauty industry attended Drunk Elephant’s launch party Wednesday evening for its new Protini Polypeptide Crème, a day and night protein moisturizer infused with amino acids, signal peptides and safe, synthetic growth factors designed to tone, smooth and tighten skin. Packed into the Rose Bar at the Gramercy Park Hotel were editors from Vogue, Vanity Fair, WWD, Harper’s Bazaar, Business of Fashion, The New York Times, as well as newly-minted Women’s Health EIC, Liz Plosser Baker. Investment firm VMG was in attendance, along with Drunk Elephant executives Tim Warner, CEO; Lucia Perdomo Ruehlemann, CMO; and brand founder, Tiffany Masterson. Digital media star, Leandra Medine, who is an investor in the brand, was also in attendance. Protini is available in Sephora stores and retails for $68.
