After a successful first year, experiential popup, Unfiltered Experience, is returning to Las Vegas in February 2020. Conceived by Daniela Ciocan, who steered the growth of Cosmoprof North America for 12 years, the roadshow event aims to spotlight emerging beauty brands in an art-filled environment. The upcoming event will be featured at Sands Convention Center during Las Vegas Fashion Week. A private networking event, After Dark Party, will kick off Monday, February 3, followed by a beauty pop-up event Tuesday, February 4.

New to the event is a collaboration with the Offprice Show, a biannual fashion retail trade event targeting small business owners and retailer buyers of national chain stores. The 2020 event is expected to attract about 8,000 independently owned boutique owners. To tap into attendees, Unfiltered Experience will hold its event adjacent to the Offprice Show, allowing buyers and boutique owners the opportunity to discover new unique beauty products and place orders on the show floor.

“Our retailers come to Offprice to discover new collections and place orders—our partnership with Unfiltered Experience will allow these buyers new and exciting expanded opportunities,” said Tricia Barglof, CEM, Executive Director, of the Offprice Show. “Lifestyle and fashion boutiques can easily find emerging beauty products, particularly those with limited number of SKUs, to increase basket transaction size and improve their margins. Impulse items such as fragrance, body care, sun care, lip and nail color, alongside clean beauty products, are easy add-ons to display nearby the checkout counter.”

Daniela added, “This collaboration will provide indie beauty brands access to boutiques who don’t require significant inventory, or the type of support typically requested by large national retailers.”

Registration for Unfiltered Experience will open December 27 on the company’s website. Once registered, retailers will be able to get a sneak-peak on the beauty merchandise on OFFPRICE365 online marketplace.
