Estée Lauder has appointed two executives to oversee global marketing and creative for its flagship brand.

Marie Han Silloway has been tapped to lead the brand’s consumer marketing strategies and engagement capabilities in the newly created position of Senior Vice President, Global Consumer Marketing. She will be responsible for advancing Estée Lauder’s global consumer community, and manage the brand’s social and digital media, omnichannel, promotional, online and in store initiatives. She will report directly to Stephane de La Faverie, Global Brand President, Estée Lauder. Prior to her appointment, Marie held several positions in consumer marketing, retail and business management at Saatchi, Euro RSG, Coca-Cola, Starbucks, and most recently, Godiva.

Matthew Parr will take on the role of Senior Vice President, Global Creative Director, succeeding Richard Ferretti, who was recently named Global Creative Director at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. Matthew will lead all creative aspects of the Estée Lauder flagship brand, including aspirational visual communication across all touch points, including digital, social media, TV, print, packaging, visual merchandising and store design. He will report to Stephane and work closely with Aerin Lauder, Style and Image Director, Estée Lauder. He will also have a reporting line to John Demsey, Executive Vice President, Estée Lauder Companies, who leads the Company’s Creative Center for Excellence. Prior to his appointment, Matthew served as Vice President, Global Creative at MAC Cosmetics, and has also held senior creative positions at Kate Spade, Jo Malone London and Laird & Partners.
