Having started her career working for the largest recruiting firms in the world, Frances Mazur recruited for 25 of the Fortune 100 and performed in the Top 10% of recruiters in the nation. She also helped many small to mid-size companies find their first critical hires, grow to the next level, or rebound from a downturn by introducing just the right person for the job.
Over the course of 10 years, Frances recruited for many industries, but she had a particular passion for her clients in Beauty, Lifestyle and Wellness. So in 2006, she turned her passion into a business and started her own recruiting firm. She has dedicated herself to the experts working in these industries through her career and recruiting services, a website full of resources and a series of industry specific events called the Beauty Biz Roundtables.
Frances will always cherish her Midwestern values and work ethic and is an alumni of Indiana University, a member of Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW), Beauty Industry West (BIW), and an active teen mentor for Step Up Women’s Network.
