The day is finally here when CEW and the entire beauty industry acknowledges the best and brightest female beauty executives of 2013. As in the past, CEW’s Achiever Awards event is highlighted with a Journal for each attendee, which contains the event’s program, a letter from CEW’s President Carlotta Jacobson, many Congratulations from industry friends and colleagues to the Achiever Honorees, and of course, biographies of the spectacular women being honored. For the first time this year, CEW asked each Honoree to name two women from their companies they see as Emerging Leaders, women who will be the next generation of brightness, innovation and leadership in beauty. In addition, the Journal features a biography of its first ever Keynote, Sheri McCoy, Avon CEO.
