Three L’Oréal executives have been elevated to heighten their extensive portfolio of brands and each brand’s tech ambition.

Susannah Greenberg will take on the role of Chief Information Officer for the Americas. Susannah will drive forward growth, development and transformation of L’Oréal’s Beauty Tech ambition. She will focus on strengthening consumer experiences by advancing personalized, virtual services, implementing market-leading e-commerce capabilities and customer relationship management (CRM) technologies while fostering greater accessibility of L’Oréal’s digital channels. During Susannah’s decade-long tenure with L’Oréal, she has championed L’Oréal’s internal community group, Women in Tech. Additionally, Susannah will serve as a member of L’Oréal USA’s Management Committee and a member of the Global IT Management Committee.

Prior to her appointment, Susannah led application development, technology architecture, and production support of credit trading at Citigroup.

Leslie Marino has been tapped to oversee L’Oréal’s extensive portfolio of professional product brands in the role of President of Professional Products Division for the U.S. Additionally, Leslie will monitor the Commercial, Digital, Education and Business Development activities that are critical to drive business in the U.S. and growth worldwide. After 20 years in the L’Oréal USA Luxe division, Marino then assumed the role of General Manager of Kérastase, Shu Uemura Art of Hair and Essie, then took the helm of Redken and Pureology. For more than a decade, she led Redken to become the number one brand in the U.S. professional market, building a business model that led to years of remarkable sales growth.

Prior to her new role, Leslie was President of Professional Products Division American Brands since July 2020.

Nathalie Gerschtein will assume the role of President of Consumer Products Division for the North American zone, an expansion of her previous leadership position. Nathalie will be responsible for accelerating growth, innovation and sustainable practices across North America’s mass market portfolio of brands and product categories from skin care and makeup to haircare and hair color. Nathalie is also a 2022 CEW Achiever Award Nominee.
