Pat Parenty, president, L’Oréal USA Professional Products Division and SalonCentric, will be presented with The International Salon/Spa Business Network’s (ISBN) 2014 Legend Award at the organization’s Annual Conference to be held May 4-6, at the Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA. The award is presented to industry partners who have made significant contributions to the growth of the professional salon industry.

In 1997, Pat joined L’Oréal Professional Products Division as vice president, sales for Redken was promoted to vice president, general manager in 2000 and senior Vice President, general manager in 2002. Under his leadership, Redken experienced double-digit sales and profit growth. In 2009, Pat assumed the role of president U.S. Brands, L’Oréal Professional Products Division, overseeing the U.S. business for Redken, Pureology, Matrix, L’Oréal Professionnel, Mizani, Kérastase, Shu Uemura Art of Hair, L’Oréal Technique and Essie. In 2010, he was promoted to his current position as president, L’Oréal USA Professional Products Division and SalonCentric.
