Beauty data company, Poshly, has launched a podcast aimed at empowering aspiring beauty entrepreneurs with access to insights and best practices from successful beauty founders. Called “Beauty Business School,” each episode will feature interviews between Poshly’s CEO & Founder, Doreen Bloch, and beauty industry founders and executives.

“Beauty entrepreneurship is at an all-time high,” said Doreen. “But for founders who are new to the industry, beauty can be a minefield. The Beauty Business School podcast is all about sharing knowledge to help new entrepreneurs navigate the industry more easily and get to market faster.”

The Beauty Business School podcast will offer behind-the-scenes insights into diverse topics, such as determining ingredients for formulations, iterating on final formulations, packaging selection, how to choose a lab, working with social media influencers, pitching retailers, getting acquired and more.

The first episode launched this week with Rose-Marie Swift of RMS Beauty. Subsequent episodes will feature Loey Lane of Love AnyBody; Lea Benkoski of SkinCeuticals; Sara Happ of Sara Happ; Mariya Nurislamova of Scentbird; Kalle Simpson of NIGHT; Amanda McIntosh of Take My Face Off; and Neil Soni of The Startup Gold Mine (and former Estée Lauder executive).

Beauty Business School is available on Apple iTunes and Spotify.
