QVC has announced several changes to its merchandising leadership team.

 

Rob Robillard has been promoted to Senior Vice President and will be leading merchandising for QVC and HSN’s Home category, Home Design & Global Sourcing, and Merchant Operations, effective August 3. In his new role, Rob will lead Merchandising for the Home categories that include Home Innovations, Electronics, Culinary and Home Décor. Rob will also lead the newly expanded DDGS (Design Development & Global Sourcing) for the Home division as well as the Merchandising Operations team, a new function that includes Talent Development, Vendor Communication and Education and Merchandising Systems Support. Most recently, Rob oversaw Beauty for QVC and HSN and was responsible for the development and implementation of Beauty strategy for all categories, expanding into the proprietary beauty space and further developing the company’s strong vendor relationships.

Lisa Morrissey will lead merchandising for QVC and HSN Fashion & Beauty and Fashion Design & Global Sourcing. She will be expected to set the company’s Merchandising vision across all fashion categories for Apparel, Fashion Accessories including Jewelry & Footwear and Beauty, identifying strategic opportunities to develop new businesses to drive customer loyalty and consistently strong revenue growth. Additionally, she will oversee the strategy and development of the expanded Product Development and Fashion Design & Sourcing function. Since Lisa first joined QVC in 1998, she has worked exclusively in Merchandising, leading Buying offices in Fashion and Home areas.

Bridget Love will now lead Merchandising for QVC and HSN Beauty as Vice President, effective August 3. Bridget joined QVC in 2003 and has had several roles within the organization most recently, leading Beauty for HSN, where she is credited with increasing the business in just two years.
