Sephora has tapped Jean-André Rougeot to lead its Americas division. Effective February 4, Jean-André will fill the CEO role left vacant by Calvin McDonald, who exited the beauty retailer in August to head up Lululemon. Jean-André joins Sephora after a 12-year role as CEO of Benefit Cosmetics, which is owned by parent company, LVMH. His experience also includes President and CEO of the Coty Division of Coty. He will report to Christopher de Lapuente, Sephora Global President and CEO, and be based in San Francisco.
