SkinCeuticals is partnering with physicians in the U.S. to roll out its first-ever physical retail and aesthetic skin care destinations across the U.S. Known as SkinLab, the first location will debut in Napa Valley, California on January 14 in partnership with Duncan Dermatology, West Ave. Additional stores will follow in Houston, TX and Stamford, CT, helmed by NicholsMD of Greenwich. Further expansion is slated for later in the year.

The brand, which is owned by L’Oréal and operates within the Active Cosmetics Division, is currently available in more than 5,000 physician offices nationwide and has more than 100 dermatologists and plastic surgeons in its flagship-physician partner program. The new locations look to attract new consumers and cultivate “the next generation of aesthetic enthusiasts” by offering a simplified treatment menu within a modern, stress-free environment. Spaces are designed to help guests unwind while encouraging exploration of product discovery, to shop brand heroes or personalized recommendations. Previously, the only other physical locations to shop the brand were at partner dermatologists’ offices and Blue Mercury stores.

Three signature 30-minute treatments will be available: Skinsmooth: LED Light + SkinCeuticals Micropeel treatment, ($150), Skinbright: Laser + CEF treatment ($250), and Skinfrim: Microneedling + Hydrating B5 Gel treatment ($500). Additional limited-time services will be announced seasonally.

In addition to the signature treatments, the spa will offer aesthetic services through the expertise of the doctor associated with each location, including body contouring, injectables and vitamin IV drips. Post-treatment, a Dermablend Professional makeup finishing station will be available as well as homecare. Dermablend is another brand within the Active Cosmetics division at L’Oréal.
