Target is continuing its move into Manhattan with the addition of an Upper East Side store slated for 2019, to be located at 1201 Third Avenue, near the intersection of East 70th Street and 3rd Avenue. The small-store format will measure approximately 22,600 square feet and include a broad beauty assortment, food and beverage, apparel, accessories and home décor. The store will offer Order Pickup and CVS Pharmacy, too. Also planned for next year is a location in Hell’s Kitchen. The 29,000 square-foot store will be located at 615 10th Avenue and will feature groceries, including fresh produce; grab-and-go items; apparel for men and women; health and beauty; home products; portable technology products and more. It will also offer Target Mobile and Order Pickup.

This summer, two Targets will open in Manhattan, both on the Lower East Side. One is slated for 500 East 14th Street on the corner of Avenue A. The store will feature 27,000 square feet of space over two levels. Its assortment will include men’s and women’s apparel and accessories, home, food (with grab-and-go selection spanning sandwiches, salads, beverages and more), health and beauty and electronics. Services will include Target Mobile and Order Pickup. Another Target is slated for 145 Clinton Street, and will feature about 22,500 square feet of space, with fresh grab-and-go food options; select apparel and accessories for men, women and kids; health and beauty product; home décor and more. Guests will also find CVS Pharmacy and Order Pickup services.

The new locations slated for summer 2018 and 2019 will bring the retailer’s presence in Manhattan to seven.
