To help individuals manage coronavirus-induced anxieties, Yale University is making its most popular course, “Psychology and the Good Life”, available for free on open learning platform, Coursera. Developed and taught by Professor Laurie Santos, the 10-week online version is called “The Science of Well-Being,” and features recorded versions of Professor Santos’s twice-weekly lectures. Over 1.3 million have already enrolled in the course which says it’s designed to “increase your own happiness and build more productive habits.” Students have the option to complete it for free or pay $49 for a certificate.
