Naci made a name for herself as a corporate executive and business analyst. As the top executive at Glossybox, US, she successfully forged partnerships with a diverse docket of fashion and beauty leaders, including Refinery29, Bergdorf Goodman, Net-a-Porter, and ManRepeller. Her creative and fiscal direction, in turn, resulted in Glossybox doubling its subscriber count and profits. In an earlier role as Advertising Director at Condé Nast, she consistently ranked as one of the top revenue officers. In that position, she developed multi-platform campaigns that generated double-digit revenue growth for the Vanity Fair brand and its partners over the course of several years.

Today, Naci continues to create ambitious, innovative campaigns garnering impressive results. Her strategies include positioning creative ideas as growth drivers, and establishing cross-discipline collaborations. As a result, she has been recognized and praised by colleagues as a strategic “doer,” “eternal optimist” and “a champion of boldness.”

Naci holds an MBA from CUNY Baruch University and a BA from the University of Connecticut and currently resides in New York.

Terry is the Founder and CEO of sparks & honey. He is a frequent speaker and writer on the largest shifts that will shape the future, most recently speaking and writing on such topics as driverless cars, the rise of Generation Z, artificial intelligence, open business and the crowd economy.

He has spoken at Google, Social Media Week, Ad Age, The Aspen Institute, The Financial Times, ADWEEK and the Chilean Marketing Congress, to name a few.

Before starting sparks & honey, Terry launched his first digital start up in 1995 at IPG and built it to a top 50 digital agency. He then joined McKinsey & Co. in Greater China to work with the Fortune 500 C-suite and incubate new startups and Internet companies in Asia.

In his next move, he took his strategy and digital experience to the top agencies at Omnicom. His deep understanding of consumer behavior, digital and technology platforms allowed him to architect the sparks & honey model.

Terry also spent 27 months volunteering in Uralsk, Kazakhstan, supporting micro-credit financing initiatives, incubating new businesses and launching programs for the local orphanage.

Terry received his MA in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin and resides in New York City with his partner and son.
