Camillo Pane is Coty’s Chief Executive Officer and a member of its Board of Directors. In this role, he is responsible for developing and leading Coty’s strategic vision, its focus on accelerating revenue growth, and its path towards achieving its mission of being a challenger and a leader in beauty.

Camillo is a seasoned business leader with more than 23 years of experience gained through a wide range of international marketing and general management roles in consumer goods, in both developed and emerging markets including Brazil, the U.K., Italy, France and the U.S.

He joined Coty as Executive Vice President, Category Development, in July 2015. In this role, he was responsible for leading the development of Coty’s portfolio, category and brand strategies, as well as the development of its beauty brand equities and associated innovation pipeline. Camillo was appointed Coty’s CEO in October 2016.

A native Italian, Camillo is passionate about many things in life, including his family, his friends, the world of beauty, playing a great game of tennis and meeting different people from around the world.
