Lauren Brindley is a seasoned Global Senior Executive with extensive experience in Retail Merchandising, Strategy Development, Brand Management, Marketing & Omnichannel across all sectors of retail, including both mass & prestige markets. She has successfully led businesses in 5 countries across 3 continents: - Europe, Asia and North America. Lauren has a proven track record of building transformational customer led strategies & delivering strong performance results through a unique approach of balancing innovation with fundamental market analytics and executional excellence. Her current role as Group Vice President, General Merchandise Manager for Beauty & Personal Care at Walgreens has made her accountable for creating & delivering Walgreens’ new beauty transformation strategy along with P&L accountability for over $6bn. She leads all aspects of the business from merchandise buying, strategic planning, distribution, marketing and the customer care model delivered by the retailers 26,000 Beauty Consultants across 8200+ stores & numerous digital channels. She joined Walgreens in September 2015, after working for Boots in the UK & Asia for over 10 years. Her recent roles included Customer Proposition Director where she was credited with creating the company’s new Retail Customer Strategy, and Head of Prestige Beauty, where she spearheaded the company’s significant market share gains in the fragrance and prestige beauty markets over a number of years. She also led the relaunch of the company’s prize No7 brand in 2010. Prior to Boots, she started her professional career at Tesco, where she held numerous key marketing & commercial roles. Lauren was recently named MMR’s 2015 “One of the Seven Who Made a Difference” and was awarded Newcomer of the Year at the 2015 Beauty Inc. awards. She has also served as a Board Director for the charity Look Good Feel Better & The Fragrance Foundation in the UK. Mrs Brindley currently lives in Glencoe, Illinois with her husband Rob and their two young sons.

David Olsen joined Cos Bar as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in February 2016. He has been in the digital retail space as a strategist and operator for over 16 years. David brings this digital expertise and growth focus to Cos Bar, the leading omnichannel luxury beauty destination, to ensure the execution of their mission to deliver the world’s best luxury beauty buying experience. Prior to joining Cos Bar, David was the global vice president of Beauty and Grooming at The Net-A-Porter Group, where he developed and executed the Beauty and Grooming business strategy from 2012 to 2016. In 2000, David started his own e-commerce cosmeceutical business which was later sold to DermStore.com, leading to the creation of the largest pure play beauty destination in the US, which was ultimately sold to Target. David graduated from UC Berkeley and has a JD/MBA from the University of Miami.

Kecia Steelman is Chief Store Operations Officer at Ulta Beauty. She first joined Ulta Beauty in August 2014 as Senior Vice President of Operations before assuming the role of Chief Store Operations Officer in September 2015. She is responsible for all aspects of store and salon operations and leads a growing team of more than 30,000 associates. Her strength in operational excellence is evident in stores across the country. Under her leadership, Ulta Beauty has hit record-breaking sales numbers. She leads with a focus on driving a winning culture to consistently propel positive business results. Prior to joining Ulta Beauty, Kecia held leadership positions across the retail sector, including Group Vice President and Vice President of Project Implementation at Family Dollar; Vice President and General Manager at The Home Depot; and Vice President and General Manager at Expo Design Center. She began her career at Target, where she served in a variety of retail operations and merchandising roles for 12 years. In addition to her work at Ulta Beauty, Kecia currently serves on the board of directors for Metropolitan Family Services and The Adler Planetarium. She received her bachelor’s degree in business management from Kennedy Western University. Kecia currently lives in downtown Chicago with her husband Gray. She is a proud mother of 5 children, who live in various areas of the country to pursue their education and careers.
