Britta Fleck is currently acting as the President and Managing Director of GLOSSYBOX USA. In early 2011, Fleck joined GLOSSYBOX as the Global Chief Operating Officer and later became the Senior Vice President of Global Brand Relations. Not only did Fleck supervise the global rollout of the premium beauty box subscription service, she also oversaw the material sourcing, supply chain as well as the GLOSSY magazine. Having been one of the first individuals working at GLOSSYBOX, Fleck’s expertise and accomplishments have been an integral part of the company’s growth and success today.

The Detox Market
Romain Gaillard was born in Paris, France. After obtaining a master’s degree at EDHEC Business School and then at LSE, he started working between San Francisco and Toronto. Over the years in Silicon Valley, he participated in several ventures as co-founder (Archivd.com, Cyphort, Odacité).
In a complicated world of greenwashing, Romain saw a demand for answers and wanted to create a place that people could trust and rely on to find products that were safe, pure and effective.
In 2010, he created a toxic-free space combining the Green of California with the flair of Parisian Chic.
The Detox Market started as a collaborative pop-up store of hard-to-find, best-in-breed eco-friendly Wellness and Green Beauty brands. His first pop-up on Abbot Kinney in Venice, CA was an instant success and was awarded “Best Concept Store” by Women’s Wear Daily. After a few months, he opened new pop-ups in West Hollywood, Los Angeles and San Francisco.
A Canadian Naturopathic Doctor dropped by to see what the buzz what about and convinced him to open a location in Toronto, where the Detox Market has now two stores. The Detox Market's flagship store is located on Beverly blvd in West Hollywood, CA.
“I never intended to start a new venture. The Detox Market is a passion project, an experiment that turned out well,” says Romain Gaillard, Founder of The Detox Market.

Debbi Hartley-Triesch grew up in the Beauty industry. She joined Nordstrom in 1989 as a beauty advisor selling on the Estée Lauder counter. She has held numerous management positions for the retailer over the last 28 years including department manager, account coordinator, buyer, and national beauty director. She is currently a Vice President of the Beauty division and her success has always been rooted in her passion for product and her deep understanding of the Nordstrom customer. As the Vice President and Divisional Merchandise Manager for skincare and makeup, Debbi and her buying team are focused on bringing Nordstrom customers a unique shopping experience through amazing products and serving customers on their terms.
