Alexa Brown is a native of Los Angeles, California and moved to New York after studying Business at the University of Southern California. She began her career in the Macy’s Executive Development Program, where she learned the ins and outs of retail, starting on the buying side of the business. Passionate about high-level strategy, she moved to the digital strategy side of Macy’s. She has dedicated the past four years to refining her expertise in ecommerce, working on the Ready to Wear digital team at Macy’s, the Walmart Ecommerce Fashion team, and most recently, leading UX and Site Experience for Kiehls.com with L’Oreal. Alexa is very passionate about ecommerce operations, strategy, and customer experience.
