Alexis M. Schrimpf

Design Vice President, P&G Skin & Personal Care and Co-Founder

SeeMe Beauty

Alexis leads end to end creative development for Olay globally, across all touchpoints, experiences and equity, as well as guiding & coaching global design teams for SK-II, Old Spice, Safeguard, Secret and Ivory. Also a co-founder of SeeMe Beauty, a new skin care brand designed specifically for women over 50, Alexis came to P&G Beauty after roles as a Global Design Director for some of P&G’s biggest brands including Crest, Oral B, Vicks, Prilosec, Pepto and Metamucil.  Most recently, Alexis spearheaded the creation of BeautySPHERE, P&G Beauty’s new metaverse experience, and sponsored design of Olay’s new Easy Open Lid, created to help make Olay more accessible for all users.

Alexis’s passion for break-through creativity and design that builds businesses has been at the core of her career.  Equally important has been the development of creative capability within P&G Beauty and especially within her design organization – always leaning heavily on her belief that with the consumer at the center of her work, transformative solutions will be found.

Before joining P&G in 2003, Alexis’s wide-ranging, interesting career spanned several product categories and services, including to be the first woman designer for Hasbro Toy’s G.I. Joe.

Alexis received her Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design from the University of Cincinnati. She is passionate about renovating her Cincinnati home, painting watercolors and spending time with her Havanese, Sergio.
