Diana regularly educates and consults beauty and wellness brands on a variety of trademark topics, such as process planning, international expansion strategy, trademark clearance, brand name selection, monitoring infringements by competitors, and transfer of trademarks (such as with acquisitions). Her past work experience includes serving as corporate counsel at Mary Kay Inc. and, before law school, as a business analyst at the headquarters of a major retailer.
Diana received her business and law degrees in Austin at the University of Texas and started her legal career with the trademark team in Dell Inc.’s corporate legal department. She later worked in the trademark group of a multinational law firm. Diana has served as trademark and commercial agreements legal counsel for several Fortune 500 companies and is a former Association of Corporate Counsel chapter director.
