Flynn is a Brand Marketer with 10+ years of experience at the center of where CPG and Digital
worlds cross paths. She’s super passionate about helping brands use this new world of digital and
data to build stronger brands, better products + services, and deeper connections with Consumers.
Flynn is currently the Head of Insights & Measurement for Global CPG at Google where she leads a
team of Analysts, Data Scientists + Brand Strategists. Her mission is to use data to transform
marketing. She’s obsessed with understanding every little thing about the consumer, their culture +
the big picture of what’s going on in the CPG category. She partners with Google’s top Global
advertisers for all things Strategic Insights, Trends + Media Measurement related to help move
She also sits on the Board of Directors of Cosmetics Executive Women.
Prior to joining Google, Flynn held various marketing roles in the Beauty Industry. She started her
marketing career in 2006 at Clinique, then lead Digital Marketing at Coty for their Mass Americas
Business before moving to Google in 2013.
Flynn holds a BA from NYU in Psychology + Art History, an MBA from Duke University, and is a
graduate of FIT.
