Hana Ben-Shabat is the Founder of Gen Z Planet, a research and advisory firm committed to foster deep understanding of the next generation of consumers, employees and citizens. She helps brands, corporations and other organizations to prepare for the change that Gen Z about to bring.
Hana is a former partner and a board member of A.T. Kearney, the global management consulting firm, where she advised C-level executives in retail and other consumer related industries on issues of corporate strategy, organizational effectiveness and profitability improvement.
She is known in the industry for her creativity, expertise and insights and is a sought-after speaker in industry conferences and the media. She was recognized by Consulting Magazine in 2010 as one of the ‘Top 25 Consultants’ for her thought leadership in retail.
Prior to joining A.T Kearney, Hana held several sales and marketing positions with Israeli technology companies, and she is currently serving as a board member and an advisor of several startup companies in the intersection of technology and consumer products.
She holds a B.A. degree in Political Science (Major) and Psychology (Minor) from Tel Aviv University (1991), an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management (1995) and a Diploma in Corporate Finance from London Business School (2002).
