Jacqueline Fields was named PEOPLE’s Beauty Editor in April 2015. Fields began her career at Time Inc. (now Meredith Corporation) in December 2004, shortly after her college graduation. After a six-month stint as a news desk assistant at Time magazine, she transferred to PEOPLE’s news bureau, where she worked as an editorial assistant while pursuing a post-graduate degree.

When the Boston native isn’t researching the latest beauty trend, she is watching the Bruins, Celtics, Patriots or Red Sox win a championship. Fields earned a B.A. in Political Science from Tufts University and an A.D. in Applied Science, Fashion Design from Parsons The New School for Design. Jacqueline Fields lives in Brooklyn, NY.
