Why is CEW membership important to you?

It is very important to be a member of this amazing organization which promotes and empowers women in beauty.  It is a great place to network with peers, engage the younger generation and gain insights on the ever-changing landscape.

Do you have any tips for getting the most out of CEW membership?

Be active and involved. Attend sessions that interest you, Vote and make your voice count during key moments and use the vast resources that are available to all members.

What do you feel is the most important quality for someone to possess in order you have a successful career?

There are a few: be engaged, curious, resilient, and hard working.

How do you think this past year will impact the future of the beauty industry?

It has taught us to be agile and innovative. This will be the new norm, constantly testing, evaluating and implementing to meet the needs of the consumer.
