Mary Beth is responsible for Sephora’s US Omnichannel business; driving growth and ensuring a seamless and holistic client-centric approach across store and digital channels. She oversees stores, digital/e-commerce, omnichannel experiences and innovation, and is accountable for the overall US Sephora P&L.  Before joining Sephora in July 2012, she spent nearly a decade at Nike in various strategy, merchandising, and e-commerce roles and prior to that was a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Co. When she’s not working, Mary Beth enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two children.
