Penny Coy is celebrating fifteen years at Ulta Beauty and has served in multiple merchandising leadership roles and categories throughout her journey in beauty. Penny was named Vice President of Merchandising in February 2017 and now leads the Skincare, Suncare, Fragrance & Bodycare categories at Ulta Beauty. Prior to joining Ulta Beauty, Penny’s retail experience spanned more than twenty three years in a variety of buying, sourcing/ product development, and planning roles for department stores and specialty retailers. Penny is a board member of The Fragrance Foundation , the Dermatology and Retail Alliance and Leading Women Executives. She also has two daughters , a millennial and a Gen Z, who are beauty enthusiasts and keep her personally informed of the latest beauty trends.
