Peter Lennox has led Arcade Beauty, the industry leader in sample packaging and manufacturing, for the past four years as President and CEO. With over twenty years of experience in delivering innovation and packaging solutions to a variety of markets including beauty, he has become a true expert in the category.

Prior to joining Arcade Beauty, Lennox held the position of Senior Vice President and General Manager at Graham Packaging, where he ran a number of global businesses, including Graham’s Personal Care and Specialty Business before becoming President of Graham Packaging North America, a $2.7 billion business. In 2012, Peter moved to Pregis Protective Packaging where he became President of the company’s European business. In 2014 he joined AEA Investors, a mid-market PE firm, as an operating partner.

Lennox came to Arcade Beauty with the mission to better tailor the company’s sampling services and products to support the unique value proposition being delivered by their customers’ brands. Arcade Beauty currently provides services for the world’s leading beauty brands, including The Estée Lauder Companies, L’Oréal, Shiseido, Coty, and LVMH.

During his tenure at Arcade, Lennox has implemented a “One Company” culture to streamline decision making and strengthen regional leadership, positioning the organization to swiftly and effectively respond at the local level while delivering high performance.  Besides building a cohesive global organization, Mr. Lennox oversaw the implementation of the 2020 strategy which called for the company to expand sales into the high growth travel retail markets and beauty to-go categories.  Additionally, Lennox launched Arcade Beauty’s digital sampling platform, Abeo, which offers brand partners the opportunity to sample targeted consumers directly at home through social media.  Abeo offers a 360-degree automated customizable sampling solution from production, campaign design & execution, to distribution & reporting. This, coupled with the company’s strategic partnership with Vengo to offer an interactive digital sampling kiosk has strengthened Arcade Beauty’s overall portfolio with diversification into digital and data-driven product sampling.
