Reena Roy is an accomplished business and research professional with 25-plus years’ experience in managing large-scale global marketing programs. She is a passionate consultant focused on delivering excellence in all aspects of each engagement.

At Ipsos, she manages a portfolio of high-performing research programs across hospitality, financial services, luxury retail and retail petroleum industries. Having lived in and run businesses in more than 15 countries in Asia Pacific, Middle East, Europe and the United States, Reena brings a world view to the team.

Prior to joining Ipsos in 2017, Reena held various executive positions in mystery shopping, hospitality loyalty marketing, business development and multi-country business operations. She has extensive experience in design and sales plan execution, identifying new segment opportunities, as well as creating best practices for client relationship management. She is a well-organized individual known for her persistent drive for improvement and innovation.

Reena is an Ipsos Foundation Ambassador for the United States. In this role, she completes initiatives supporting Ipsos’ corporate social responsibility commitment to educate globally displaced children.

Reena holds an M.B.A from the University of Newcastle, Australia.
