Being in love with cosmetics her whole life, Salina joined Clinique as a Beauty Advisor in 1997 and quickly became recognized for her commitment and passion. At 21 years old she was running her own counter and building a solid reputation in the beauty community.
Inspiring people was her true passion and Salina proved herself to be a strong leader and business builder for the Prescriptives brand, as well as managing several Shiseido accounts within the New York Metro region before joining the Christian Dior education team in 2005. At Dior, Salina facilitated the educational training and development for sales associates throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic markets; and was recognized for her ability to reach her audiences and deliver training platforms that were energizing, engaging and impactful for both the people and the business.
In 2011, Salina joined Groupe Clarins where her role expanded beyond traditional classroom training. Her expertise and experience has allowed her the opportunity to help contribute a multi-layered approach to educating the advisors, retailers and clients. Salina assists in content and material development of multi-channel training programs such as instructor-led trainings, e-learning, educational videos and represents the education department on social media outlets. She is a 3-time recipient of the Clarins training excellence award and continues to authentically engage and inspire her team, beauty advisors, and most importantly; the clients.
