Steve DiVirgilio is the Divisional Merchandising Manager for Personal Care at CVS Pharmacy where he and his team are responsible for oral health, shaving needs, deodorant, and hair care, as well as beauty service. Throughout his seven years at CVS, Steve has continuously created industry leading consumer-centric programs, including the launch of the hair color loyalty program.

Before joining CVS Pharmacy, Steve worked in the merchandising department at Staples, Inc. for nine years where he managed a broad range of technology categories in a progressive capacity including computers, software, hardware, and tech services; most notably supporting the rollout of a mobile phone activation and accessory department to over half of the retailer’s stores.

Steve graduated with High Distinction from Penn State University with his Bachelor of Science degree in Business and dual concentrations in Management & Marketing.
