Vivianna Blanch is the Vice President of Marketing for NYX.

In her past role as Vice President of Integrated Consumer Communications for L’Oréal Paris and the Brand Communications Lead for L’Oreal USA CPD brands, Vivianna led the Integrated Consumer Communications Team and sets the media, digital, brand communications, sponsorship and data strategy for L’Oreal Paris, USA. She is responsible for leading and orchestrating paid, owned, earned and data-driven marketing campaigns across the brand’s strategic pillars, and core business categories – cosmetics, skincare, hair color and hair care. She manages a team of industry-leading professionals with a purview that includes media strategy and execution, management of media investments, content strategy and execution, digital and mobile platforms, influencer and consumer engagement, partnerships, public relations, innovation and AR, events and promotions.

Vivianna started her career at L’Oreal USA 19 years ago in Marketing Operations, and has worked across 3 different Divisions and the CMO Team. During her time on the CMO team, Vivianna launched Makeup.com and was the founder of the L’Oreal Innovation Fund, The NEXT Fund, and piloted over 100 startup programs with brands across the group’s portfolio. Even though Vivianna has vast experience in Media and Public Relations, she is a strong female technologist and some of her other accomplishments include, creating the first Ecommerce team for the Active Cosmetics Division, launching the first skincare hub on Amazon.com, launching augmented reality and try on makeup technology and building the largest consumer database at L’Oreal USA.

Vivianna lives in the Hudson Valley with her husband and three boys. She is actively involved in the digital media industry and is a founding member of DigitELLE, L’Oréal’s organization for Women in Digital Marketing and Technology. Vivianna is also a member of CEW, Chief and Makers. She is also a patron of the arts and is a member of The Guggenheim Museum and The Morgan Library. Even though Vivianna is serious about her Yoga practice, she races across the country in Obstacle Course Racing, and has qualified to race as a Spartan Elite in 2020.

Most importantly, Vivianna is also a champion of mothers, diversity and women in the workplace, leading her team by example and mentoring countless women and new mothers as they grow their careers at L’Oreal USA.
