Angela Simpson is Vice President of U.S. Marketing at NARS Cosmetics. She currently oversees Digital Media, Brand Strategy, Marketing Analytics, Channel Marketing, Visual Merchandising, E-commerce, Retailer.com, Events, and Education.

Prior to joining NARS, Angela worked at Sephora where she led Luxury and Asian Skincare, Tanning, and Suncare for 30 brands including Shiseido, SKII, Amore Pacific, Dior, Caudalie, Fresh, Clarisonic, L’Occitane, and Philosophy. She is known for launching GlamGlow, Supergoop, Belief, and Laneige (Sephora Canada). Angela began her beauty career at L’Oréal USA on the L’Oréal Paris brand where she launched Feria Haircolor and True Match Foundation.

Angela has an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, studied at the London Business School, and obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Prior to Kellogg, Angela worked as a Tax CPA at Ernst & Young and The Gap.

In 2019, Essence magazine featured Angela as a one of the top Black Women in Beauty. Her commitment to social impact work is reflected in her role as a career coach and professional advocate for countless young professionals in beauty. She is one of the original “25 Black Women in Beauty,” a mentor for Black Girls Can, and an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority and Jack & Jill of America, two social justice-oriented public service organizations focused on the development and advancement of African Americans. Angela has three sons in college and currently resides in Manhattan, NY with her husband Scott and dog Loki.
