Jennifer Lucchese is the Vice President of Merchandising for Hair at Sephora. In her role, Jennifer upholds one of Sephora’s defining pillars of industry success by curating Sephora’s haircare assortment to feature high-quality, differentiated products and brands for its diverse client needs.

An 18-year veteran of LVMH, Jennifer began her career at Sephora in 2003 as a merchant and has proved to be a tastemaker and champion of innovation. She helped steer acclaimed brands such as Tarte, Too Faced, Urban Decay, and Hourglass in the early days of their success. After three years at Kendo Brands where she held a variety of positions with Marc Jacobs Beauty, Jennifer returned to Sephora in 2020, and now serves as the VP of Merchandising for Hair. Her focus now is on the expansion of Sephora’s portfolio to feature brands like Gisou, adwoa beauty, Olaplex, and BREAD BEAUTY SUPPLY, driving major success to the category. Jennifer’s commitment to expanding Sephora’s texture inclusive category has allowed the retailer to grow its haircare offerings to fulfill the needs of all hair types, playing a vital role in Sephora’s continued commitment to the 15 Percent Pledge.

Jennifer earned her BA in sociology at the University of California, Los Angeles, and currently resides in Walnut Creek California with her family.
