Lisa Sequino is a Cosmetics Executive with extensive experience in the luxury beauty sector and consumer packaged goods, and a terrific acumen for retail and channel strategy. Ms. Sequino has earned a reputation for building, accelerating, and nurturing dynamic brands.

Ms. Sequino spent eight years at The Estée Lauder Companies, holding a number of key leadership roles across its Global and North America business. Most recently, as Senior Vice President, Brands – North America, she was responsible for driving top and bottom-line growth results and P&L in the region, leveraging brand portfolio scale, accelerating execution, and maximizing sales, profitability and market share growth across brands. Prior to this, Ms. Sequino held positions as Global General Manager of BECCA Cosmetics where she globalized the Brand, and Senior Vice President and General Manager of Estée Lauder and AERIN Beauty North America where she developed and oversaw the North America go-to-market strategy and execution for the company’s namesake brand as well as luxury retail development of AERIN Beauty. Ms. Sequino enabled terrific growth and improved profitability for Estée Lauder in North America, gaining share in key categories, expanding into fast-growing channels, and leading the modernization of in-store brand presentation across all major flagship doors.

Preceding these roles, Ms. Sequino’s leadership at The Estee Lauder Companies included serving as Vice President of Key Account Management – Specialty-Multi Channels where she led short- and long-term portfolio acceleration strategies, financial plans and entry into key channels; overseeing Global Strategy, International Expansion, Global Consumer Engagement and North America Marketing for TOM FORD BEAUTY; and leading Global Marketing for Prestige Fragrances, including Tory Burch, Michael Kors and Marni.

Prior to The Estée Lauder Companies, Ms. Sequino held various leadership positions at Procter & Gamble across Global Brand Management, Business Development, Disruptive Innovation and Brand Integration.

Ms. Sequino received her B.A. degree from Villanova University. She serves as an executive mentor for the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) Cosmetic and Fragrance Marketing and Management Graduate program. She lives in New York with her husband Thomas and her son, James.
