Lisa Sequino is Senior Vice President of the North America Brand Portfolio. With extensive experience in the luxury beauty sector, consumer packaged goods, and terrific acumen for retail and channel strategy Ms. Sequino has earned a reputation for building, accelerating, and nurturing dynamic brands.

 

Previously, Ms. Sequino was the CEO and Global General Manager of BECCA Cosmetics where she globalized the Brand. Prior, Ms. Sequino was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Estée Lauder and AERIN Beauty North America where she oversaw the development and execution of the North America go-to-market strategy for our company’s namesake brand and responsible for driving the luxury retail development of AERIN Beauty. Ms. Sequino enabled terrific growth and improved profitability for Estée Lauder in North America. Under her leadership, the brand exceeded its financial goals and gained share in key categories including face serum, foundation and top channels like retailer.com. She also oversaw the successful expansion of the brand into fast-growing channels like Ulta, stabilized the department store business, and led the updating and modernization of in-store brand presentation across all major flagship doors.

 

Prior to her role with Estée Lauder and AERIN Beauty, Ms. Sequino was Vice President of Key Account Management – Specialty-Multi Channels where she was responsible for the development of short- and long-term portfolio acceleration strategies and financial plans driven by deep retailer and channel understanding. Through her strategic and creative leadership, Ms. Sequino identified significant incremental retail sales opportunities via new brand distribution and core productivity initiatives across Sephora and Ulta. Upon joining The Estée Lauder Companies in 2013, Ms. Sequino led Global Strategy and International Expansion, Global Consumer Engagement, and North America Marketing for TOM FORD BEAUTY and then led Global Marketing for Luxury Fragrances, including Tory Burch, Michael Kors and Marni. She joined The Estée Lauder Companies from Procter & Gamble where she held various executive positions across Global Brand Management, Business Development, Disruptive Innovation and Brand Integration.

 

Ms. Sequino received her B.A. degree from Villanova University. She serves as an executive mentor for the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) Cosmetic and Fragrance Marketing and Management Graduate program. Ms. Sequino lives in New York with her husband Thomas and her son, James.
