L’Oreal Honors Digital’s Innovating Women

Recruiting women into the digital realm is no easy fete. But L’Oréal USA is leading the effort with not only its Women in Digital initiative, founded in 2012 to address the underrepresentation of women working in digital, technology and IT functions, but also by recognizing their achievements.
At its second annual L’Oréal USA Women in Digital NEXT Generation Awards Ceremony, held July 17th in New York City, the French beauty giant honored three women changing the face of technology.

A Charity to Support Digital Doyennes

Beauty is on a mission to attract more women to the digital realm.

The Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) Cosmetic and Fragrance Alumni Association (CAFAA) is holding its first annual charitable event to help raise $25,000 to fund a scholarship in the technology and engineering sector in partnership with L’Oréal USA’s in-house digital women’s group, Women in Digital, and SoulCycle, the indoor cycling class in New York.
