Courtney Emery is the vice president of product strategy at sparks & honey – a cultural intelligence consultancy within Omnicom. She began with sparks & honey over five years ago as an account supervisor where she managed client relationships with multiple Fortune 500 companies. She then spent several years as the director of cultural strategy developing methodologies advising clients on how to future-proof themselves against cultural change. In her latest role Courtney is now supporting the development of the cultural intelligence platform Q™ that quantifies and predicts cultural change, adding new rigor to their trend forecasting practice.
