Emma is currently a management consultant with McKinsey & Company. She specializes in the retail and consumer goods industries and has experience tackling issues across marketing, sales, human resources and planning.
Prior to earning her MBA at The Wharton School, Emma worked in the retail industry. She is a well rounded fashion industry professional with 5 years of experience in merchandising, buying, planning and e-commerce across multiple sportswear and fashion accessories departments. She is passionate about e-commerce and retail strategy and hopes to combine this with her consulting experience in order to move into a strategic business development or merchandising role at a fashion or e-commerce retailer.
