Erum Chaudhry is 19 year veteran of the beauty industry, with a breadth of category experience across luxury and mass channel brands within large multinational and startup environments.

Ms. Chaudhry began her career with the Estéée Lauder Companies as a sales analyst, before moving into a global forecasting and business planning role at MAC Cosmetics.  She then transitioned to her first marketing role as an ABM for Fine Fragrances at P&G.  After 8 years in luxury, Ms. Chaudhry  sought experience in mass beauty, joining L’Oréal at Maybelline; and working across multiple categories including Lip, Nail and Eye. Ms. Chaudhry continued her career at L’Oréal as Director in Eye at Lancôme and Assistant Vice President in Makeup and Skincare at Yves Saint Laurent.

After 14 years in multi-national companies, Ms Chaudhry joined the beauty start up world in Haircare and Fragrance to assume global and US head of marketing roles with sales, PR and digital responsibilities. Ms. Chaudhry successfully led efforts to build an e-commerce business and expand brand presence to over 13 countries including UK, France, Middle East and Japan.

In 2018, Ms. Chaudhry started her tenure with Dior Parfums as Vice President in Beauty and Skincare. She brings her marketing leadership in both North America and Global to the role, along with her entrepreneurial spirit from her start up experience.

Ms. Chaudhry is passionate about brand and product storytelling. She is a strong advocate of thought diversity in organizations.  She consistently challenges herself and teams to remain forward thinking and to strive to disrupt.

A native New Yorker, Ms. Chaudhry grew up on the Upper West Side, graduating from The Chapin School.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
