Refund Policy:
If you are unable to attend an event for any reason, we encourage you to send a substitute or apply the cost of the ticket to another event. To help implement resolutions, please reach out to eventchange@cew.org
Gift Bag Policy
To receive an event gift bag, you must purchase a ticket, attend the event, and pick up the gift bag onsite. CEW is unable to send or provide gift bags at a later date if you are unable to attend the event. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Please note that gift bags and materials distributed at all CEW events are not for resale or use in raffles.

Beauty Awards Cancellation/Refund Policy
If you cancel your entry to the Beauty Awards you will not be refunded.
If your entry is disqualified, you will be refunded the entry fee. In addition, failure to enter your product entry information by the deadline date will result in disqualification from the Beauty Awards with no refund.
CEW will contact you at the e-mail address or phone number you provided to CEW in your entry form.
